“CANARSIE PARK” is a collaboration between RimandtheRock, graffiti artist “Cist Ones” and the non-profit organization “Project Backboard”.  Canarsie Park Hoop is a replica NYC basketball hoop that is scaled from original vintage NYC basketball hoops. This edition includes graffiti stickers created by artist Cist Ones.  The art piece is complete once the collector affixes stickers on the hoop to their liking. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this hoop will go to Project Backboard for the renovation and revitalization of basketball courts in under resourced neighborhoods.   

Additional information: 

The backboard is a made from a Carbon Steel with a matte black paint and backed with wood just like the a real NYC hoop. The rim is made from carbon steel and has been painted with clear based lacquer to create a shiny surface showing metal and rusted areas of the rim.

The hoop is intended to be used as art in your home and comes with hanging hardware for display.

The backboard is approximately 29” wide by 19.25” tall and the rim is 7.25” in diameter.
